Here at Waffles, INCaffeinated, we offer gluten, dairy, and soy free waffles as well as vegan waffles to assist in accommodating food allergies and special diets. Before one of these waffles is prepared, our waffle iron is first cleaned using steam. In our experience, none of the customers have had an allergic reaction to our special diet waffles prepared in such a manner. With that said, because we handle many products in our kitchen that do contain allergens, we do not recommend that customers with extreme irritant sensitivity or severe allergic reactions dine with us.
